Happy Pet Stories

Read how Dr. Gladstein has helped other dogs recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and alleviate pain.

  • "The weekly appointments with acupuncture with electric stim and ultrasound helped my 14.5 year old German Shepherd walk straighter and stopped her from stumbling. These therapies currently work well on my 9 year old German Shepherd's injured elbow. The acupuncture also boosts her immune system, helping her body deal with her many allergies."

  • "My precious dog, Empress Mini, had a severe neurology problem, causing her to constantly stumble and fall. No medications or operation could help her and I had almost given up hope. I feel that it is only because of Dr. Babette's holistic and skillful care that my Mini has now been healthy, happy and WALKING normally for the past two years." -Nole Marin

  • "Dr. Babette - one of the few people in the world that I trust with my dogs." -Bruce Weber, Photographer

  • "My 15 year old German Shepard had a bad back and could not stand up or walk with out stumbling. But after each treatment of acupuncture and electric stim, she could walk and stand up on her own."

  • "I was told by a number of orthopedic vets, that my 4 year old dog, Sophie, would probably always limp and experience considerable pain as a result of severe arthritis developed from a very common knee injury and surgical repair operation. I refused to accept this as well as the fact that she would not be as active as she was before the operation. Under Dr. Babette's care, Sophie has fully recovered and frollicks every day with all of her doggie friends. AND THERE IS NO LIMP!" -MaryAnne Rasmussen

  • "Tally continues to be rambunctious and playful in his 15th year at his favorite places (including the beach) because of the excellent care provided by Dr. Gladstein.  Tally showed signs of weakness in his hind quarters and was struggling with digestive issues but Dr. Gladstein has provided continued support for his rehabilitation and reworked his diet, which has provided him with an excellent quality of life.  He can continue to run down the beach with abandon (and without pain) because we found Dr. Gladstein!" - Tracy McKinnell
